First Language Not English? No Problem.

Several of our clients did not grow up speaking English, so they need extra help with the idioms of English and to be sure their writing is smooth and sounds appropriate for an American audience. We have worked with people from across the United States, and from Afghanistan, Cameroon, China, Ghana, India, Iran, Israel, Kenya, Liberia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Russia, and other areas.

New Writers: First Timers

As in developing any skill, it takes time, effort, and practice to be proficient. We have coached writers from various backgrounds so successfully that several of “my writers” are now working on second or third books. They tell us, “Writing is so much easier now.” They have learned basic skills and feel greater fluency in what they are writing. Like everyone else, they still need an editor, but they have developed confidence in their writing.
